The Jane Matrix Light 2 has no time limits when in the lay flat carrycot mode. Matrix Light 2 is suitable in the lay flat position up to 10kg in and then up to 13kg in the rearward facing position. It is quite common for babies to stay in Matrix light 2 for 14 - 16 months of age.
Due to Jane’s Pro-Fix system the Matrix light 2 just clips straight on to any of the Jane chassis making it travel system compatible with the whole range of Jane pushchairs.
An ISOfix Base for use in the car is also available for Matrix Light which operates on a 180-pivot system allowing Matrix Light to both lay flat and rear face in the car. The Platform makes using Matrix Light 2 incredibly easy as this will pivot to door side making it less back braking to get your child in and out of the car.
