    The new Bugaboo Donkey 2 is the ultimate in functionality and adaptability. It’s a carrycot and pushchair combination that can convert from Mono mode (one child), to Duo mode (baby and a toddler) and even Twin mode (twins obviously!)

    In Mono mode its robust chassis and foam filled tyres can take you over any terrain, and make pushing and turning so easy, whilst its large under seat basket and side basket will give you loads of storage space. It has a leather look handle and bumper bar, extendable tailored fabrics for added cover and sunshade, and even a matching basket cover! Use with the carrycot for the first six months and then use the seat fabrics to turn it into a comfortable and reclining pushchair, that can face you or the world.  It is so simple to use and to fold down to put in the car boot, you can either fold it down separately, or even with the carrycot or seat attached! If you need to make the chassis even smaller all the wheels pop off quickly and easily.

    When you have another baby, just buy the Duo Extension Kit and another Sun Canopy and with a few clicks you can turn the Donkey 2 into Duo mode.  It is just a few clicks to turn it back to Mono mode again, if for example you drop one child off to nursery or to their grandparents. To use it in Twin Mode you will need the Duo Extension Kit and another Carrycot fabric and Tailored Fabric.        In either Duo or Twin mode it is only 14cms wider than when it is in Mono mode, so should fit through most doorways.

    You can easily use the Donkey 2 as a travel system with either a single (in Mono or Duo mode) or double car seat adaptor (Twin mode).

    The Donkey 2 is even adaptable with the wide choice of colours and fabrics available: You can choose from: Core - solid fabrics, Melange – muted fabrics and Signature – printed fabrics, but whatever you choose the Donkey 2 will look stylish and eye-catching.

    ORDERS & SHIPPING: Orders made before 1pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders made after this cut off will be sent the following day. Occasionally we can send after the cut off time. For full shipping details please see below. If your order is urgent, please call us.

    DELIVERY: Small items are normally sent out via Royal Mail within one working day. They can normally be tracked (we can provide you with the Tracking Number if requested). The parcel will need to be signed for. Medium & large sized items are sent out via DPD for next working day delivery, again they will need to be signed for. As a security measure, high value items (normally over £350) are dispatched on a pre-agreed delivery date basis also using DPD and we will contact you to arrange this.

     DPD TRACKING: Subject to you supplying an e mail address and mobile phone number at time of order you can normally track your parcel. Also, DPD will email you a delivery slot and (from the DPD website) you can watch the progress of the delivery driver as he heads towards you. Eventually, your allocated one hour time slot for your delivery reduces to a 15-minute delivery slot as the driver approaches your address.

    DELIVERY COSTS: When ordering, please select your country from the list shown in the dropdown box. This will accurately display your shipping costs. Failure to do so will result in a longer wait for your order, as we will need to contact you regarding this.  We deliver to over 20 countries in Europe. If your country is not shown in the dropdown box please contact us for further information. Mainland European deliveries normal take an extra 5-9 working days to arrive and just like the UK they will need to be signed for. 

    RETURNS (UK Customers):

    As an internet buyer you have legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and you can return your purchase (if unused) within the time frames set out in these regulations. We know that buying online can sometimes result in changing your mind and that is fine by us, we want happy customers! However, products must be returned in the same condition as supplied. Please contact us for a returns number if you want to activate a return which will be at the purchasers cost. There may be a restocking fee for these returns, please contact us regarding this prior to sending your item back.

    FAULTY PRODUCTS (UK Customers):

    In the unlikely event that you incur a problem with a product we have supplied, please contact us for help.

    You will be required to provide proof of purchase such as your order number or the date of purchase for all types of return.

    All returns must be accompanied with a returns number. If it is decided that the goods need to be returned for inspection, this will be at the purchaser's expense.

    Products that are sent to our suppliers for inspection and if it is found that a manufacturing fault exists, within the products warranty period, this will be rectified at our (or our supplier's) expense.

    The purchaser needs to be aware that any items being returned for inspection must be securely packaged in the original packaging. Baby2k.com will not accept any items that have not been correctly packaged or that we have not authorised. Baby2k.com accepts no responsibility for items damaged in transit that are being returned to us from the buyer.

    At all times, we consider our supplier's decision, in relation to complaints, as final. In the event that a fault develops which is not due to a manufacturing fault, the cost of repair and transport will be at the purchaser's expense. We reserve the right to send parts and spares to purchasers should our supplier deem this to be appropriate. In event we send replacement parts you will need to keep the old parts for a period of 3 months or to send them back to us if requested.

    Buyers and users are expected to use products supplied strictly in line with the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions and failure to do so will result in any claims being void.

    RETURNS (European Customers Only);

    Over and in addition to the above if a product is returned to us for inspection or repair the full cost of the delivery and return courier is to be paid by the buyer. We offer no refund even if the item is under warranty as supplier’s warranty are not normally valid outside of the UK (though there are some exceptions, please contact us for full details). The delivery of any replacement or spare part must also be paid for by the customer, not Baby2k.com. Please note that Baby2k.com staff only speak English.
