    This is the new Special Edition Day 3 from Joolz. The stroller and cot have Graphite (dark grey) fabrics on a silver chassis, with a black handle bar and pink bumper bar. There is also a beautiful Joolz baby nest in pink included free of charge. There are many parent friendly features incorporated in this newest version of the Day carrycot and pushchair combination.

    The Day 3 chassis is light but robust and features two smaller lockable wheels on the front, with larger easily removable wheels on the rear. All the wheels are made of a lightweight rubber that won’t puncture. Pushing the Day 3 is a pleasure with a leatherette handle which is adjustable from low to high, making it comfortable for parents of all heights to use. Designed for an even more comfortable stroll, whether you want to walk in the woods or the park or stroll round the shops the Joolz Day 3 will let you do it all with ease.

    The Day 3 stroller has an ergonomically designed higher position, so in the seat your child will be at table height, useful for eating indoors or out, and it will keep your child out of traffic fumes etc. The seat unit is large and comfortable with an adjustable leg rest, and it can be sat up, semi-reclined, or fully reclined and placed either parent or world facing.  The magnetic harnesses on the Day 3 are now longer and even easier to adjust, so getting your little one in and out of the seat couldn’t be easier. The Joolz Day 3 has a quick and easy fold that is surprisingly compact, especially if you remove the back wheels. The chassis can even be folded with the seat unit attached in the world facing position and can be stored either flat or upright. The large shopping basket is hinged so you can easily get into it and has lots of space for your shopping and all baby’s bits and bobs.When using the carrycot, the higher position stops you having to bend over so much avoiding back ache and keeps baby closer to you for more interaction.  

    The carrycot that comes with the Day 3 has been improved wth many useful features; a breathable hypoallergenic mattress, ventilation in the hood and in the cot (so baby can see out) a head cushion, and even little feet on the base to stop the carrycot getting dirty, and the carrycot can be flattened for storage . The Joolz Day 3 carrycot is suitable for occasional overnight sleeping.

    The Joolz Day can be changed into a travel system, simply by using the multi car seat adaptors (available to purchase separately). Suitable for use with Be Safe/Joolz Izi Go Modular, Be Safe Izi Go and Izi Go Modular, Maxi Cosi Cabriofix, Rock and Pebble Plus.

    There are a varied choice of accessories designed for the Day 3, from Changing Bags and Footmuffs, to sheets and an XL Shopping Bag, which are all available to purchase separately.

    ORDERS & SHIPPING: Orders made before 1pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders made after this cut off will be sent the following day. Occasionally we can send after the cut off time. For full shipping details please see below. If your order is urgent, please call us.

    DELIVERY: Small items are normally sent out via Royal Mail within one working day. They can normally be tracked (we can provide you with the Tracking Number if requested). The parcel will need to be signed for. Medium & large sized items are sent out via DPD for next working day delivery, again they will need to be signed for. As a security measure, high value items (normally over £350) are dispatched on a pre-agreed delivery date basis also using DPD and we will contact you to arrange this.

     DPD TRACKING: Subject to you supplying an e mail address and mobile phone number at time of order you can normally track your parcel. Also, DPD will email you a delivery slot and (from the DPD website) you can watch the progress of the delivery driver as he heads towards you. Eventually, your allocated one hour time slot for your delivery reduces to a 15-minute delivery slot as the driver approaches your address.

    DELIVERY COSTS: When ordering, please select your country from the list shown in the dropdown box. This will accurately display your shipping costs. Failure to do so will result in a longer wait for your order, as we will need to contact you regarding this.  We deliver to over 20 countries in Europe. If your country is not shown in the dropdown box please contact us for further information. Mainland European deliveries normal take an extra 5-9 working days to arrive and just like the UK they will need to be signed for. 

    RETURNS (UK Customers):

    As an internet buyer you have legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and you can return your purchase (if unused) within the time frames set out in these regulations. We know that buying online can sometimes result in changing your mind and that is fine by us, we want happy customers! However, products must be returned in the same condition as supplied. Please contact us for a returns number if you want to activate a return which will be at the purchasers cost. There may be a restocking fee for these returns, please contact us regarding this prior to sending your item back.

    FAULTY PRODUCTS (UK Customers):

    In the unlikely event that you incur a problem with a product we have supplied, please contact us for help.

    You will be required to provide proof of purchase such as your order number or the date of purchase for all types of return.

    All returns must be accompanied with a returns number. If it is decided that the goods need to be returned for inspection, this will be at the purchaser's expense.

    Products that are sent to our suppliers for inspection and if it is found that a manufacturing fault exists, within the products warranty period, this will be rectified at our (or our supplier's) expense.

    The purchaser needs to be aware that any items being returned for inspection must be securely packaged in the original packaging. will not accept any items that have not been correctly packaged or that we have not authorised. accepts no responsibility for items damaged in transit that are being returned to us from the buyer.

    At all times, we consider our supplier's decision, in relation to complaints, as final. In the event that a fault develops which is not due to a manufacturing fault, the cost of repair and transport will be at the purchaser's expense. We reserve the right to send parts and spares to purchasers should our supplier deem this to be appropriate. In event we send replacement parts you will need to keep the old parts for a period of 3 months or to send them back to us if requested.

    Buyers and users are expected to use products supplied strictly in line with the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions and failure to do so will result in any claims being void.

    RETURNS (European Customers Only);

    Over and in addition to the above if a product is returned to us for inspection or repair the full cost of the delivery and return courier is to be paid by the buyer. We offer no refund even if the item is under warranty as supplier’s warranty are not normally valid outside of the UK (though there are some exceptions, please contact us for full details). The delivery of any replacement or spare part must also be paid for by the customer, not Please note that staff only speak English.
