    Getting into the car signals the start (sometimes) of an exciting journey for your child, but as a parent safety and comfort are your first priority.  The Maxi-Cosi Priori SPS (group 1 car seat) will give you peace of mind so you can relax.

    Thanks to the shock-absorbing headrest and sides (Side Protection System) and the choice of 4 recline positions, the Maxi-Cosi Priori SPS is the perfect place for your toddler to relax while sitting or sleeping.

    The one negative to this car seat is that it is not ISOfix compatible.

    This car seat is easily installed in a forward facing position using the car's safety belt.

    The Maxi-Cosi Priori SPS+ features an integral 5-point harness and practical belt hooks to ensure that the harness is kept out of the way when you are placing your child into the seat. Once the harness is closed the one pull adjustment ensures its correct tensions and enables your child to travel safely and in comfort. Additional features on the harness are the chest and buckle pads.

    The mechanism for reclining the seat is easily accessed from the front enabling you to choose 4 different positions to suit your child, ranging from a more laid-back position so they can sleep in comfort to a more upright position, so they can play or just take in the view.

    Not all car seats fit all cars and if you are unsure if this car seat will fit your car we would recommend that you come in to store and have a professional car seat fitting. Our fitting team consists of IOSH accredited car seat fitters this being the standard that Road Safety Officers aim to attain.

    Please also be aware that Baby2000 follows the latest SIDS advice from Professor Peter Fleming in relation to car seats, which recommends that newborns, (in the first few weeks & months of life), should spend no more than 30 minutes in a conventional infant when on a journey in a car. This is due to the fact that upright car seats dramatically lowers a newborns blood oxygen levels, (Google car seats breathing oxygen saturation). Initially, a conventional infant carrier car seat should not be used as a sitting device either at home or attached a pushchair, baby should remain as flat as possible.

    ORDERS & SHIPPING: Orders made before 1pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders made after this cut off will be sent the following day. Occasionally we can send after the cut off time. For full shipping details please see below. If your order is urgent, please call us.

    DELIVERY: Small items are normally sent out via Royal Mail within one working day. They can normally be tracked (we can provide you with the Tracking Number if requested). The parcel will need to be signed for. Medium & large sized items are sent out via DPD for next working day delivery, again they will need to be signed for. As a security measure, high value items (normally over £350) are dispatched on a pre-agreed delivery date basis also using DPD and we will contact you to arrange this.

     DPD TRACKING: Subject to you supplying an e mail address and mobile phone number at time of order you can normally track your parcel. Also, DPD will email you a delivery slot and (from the DPD website) you can watch the progress of the delivery driver as he heads towards you. Eventually, your allocated one hour time slot for your delivery reduces to a 15-minute delivery slot as the driver approaches your address.

    DELIVERY COSTS: When ordering, please select your country from the list shown in the dropdown box. This will accurately display your shipping costs. Failure to do so will result in a longer wait for your order, as we will need to contact you regarding this.  We deliver to over 20 countries in Europe. If your country is not shown in the dropdown box please contact us for further information. Mainland European deliveries normal take an extra 5-9 working days to arrive and just like the UK they will need to be signed for. 




    RETURNS (UK Customers):

    As an internet buyer you have legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and you can return your purchase (if unused) within the time frames set out in these regulations. We know that buying online can sometimes result in changing your mind and that is fine by us, we want happy customers! However, products must be returned in the same condition as supplied. Please contact us for a returns number if you want to activate a return which will be at the purchasers cost. There may be a restocking fee for these returns, please contact us regarding this prior to sending your item back.

    FAULTY PRODUCTS (UK Customers):

    In the unlikely event that you incur a problem with a product we have supplied, please contact us for help.

    You will be required to provide proof of purchase such as your order number or the date of purchase for all types of return.

    All returns must be accompanied with a returns number. If it is decided that the goods need to be returned for inspection, this will be at the purchaser's expense.

    Products that are sent to our suppliers for inspection and if it is found that a manufacturing fault exists, within the products warranty period, this will be rectified at our (or our supplier's) expense.

    The purchaser needs to be aware that any items being returned for inspection must be securely packaged in the original packaging. Baby2k.com will not accept any items that have not been correctly packaged or that we have not authorised. Baby2k.com accepts no responsibility for items damaged in transit that are being returned to us from the buyer.

    At all times, we consider our supplier's decision, in relation to complaints, as final. In the event that a fault develops which is not due to a manufacturing fault, the cost of repair and transport will be at the purchaser's expense. We reserve the right to send parts and spares to purchasers should our supplier deem this to be appropriate. In event we send replacement parts you will need to keep the old parts for a period of 3 months or to send them back to us if requested.

    Buyers and users are expected to use products supplied strictly in line with the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions and failure to do so will result in any claims being void.

    RETURNS (European Customers Only);

    Over and in addition to the above if a product is returned to us for inspection or repair the full cost of the delivery and return courier is to be paid by the buyer. We offer no refund even if the item is under warranty as supplier’s warranty are not normally valid outside of the UK (though there are some exceptions, please contact us for full details). The delivery of any replacement or spare part must also be paid for by the customer, not Baby2k.com. Please note that Baby2k.com staff only speak English.
