    The becool Quantum, has a 100% aluminium chassis which makes the quantum ultra light weight and easy to push . the fold on the quantum is really compact and compares only to the fold on the Jane epic, as you fold the pram the rear wheels tuck under saving more space in the boot of the car or the porch way. Quantum’s seat unit is suitable from 6 month due to the bucketed structure, this can be placed in a parent facing position to help with the verbal stimulation of your child from 6 months to earlier toddlerhood, then the seta unit can we changed around to world facing so that they can start to explore what’s going on around them.

    The quantum seat unit is made from hard wearing PU fabric which should stand the test of time, also comes with a large extendable sun canopy , large shopping basket rain cover and coordinating changing bag.The quantum has the patented pro-fix system (no need for adapters) which makes this compatible with the Be Cool Twice car seat which is also included in this package.

    The chassis is a light weight at only 6.1kg and the seat unit weighs in at 3.4kg.

    The Twice is one of a handfull of car seats that because it goes flat for newborn does not have time limitations. The Twice is suitable for babies (especially premature or low birth weight ones) until they reach the weight of 13kg (normally about 12 to 15 months). The Be Cool Twice can also be fitted on pushchairs with "Pro-fix" fittings and when secured on the pushchair chassis the Twice can be placed in four positions ranging from flat (180 degrees) to semi upright (138 degrees).

    In essence the Twice is TWO products a carrycot that you can if you wish use in the car...... or a rear facing car seat. The Twice weighs 6.3kg and boasts removable and washable fabrics, a reversible apron and is fully approved to car seat standard R44/04 Please note that when used in the car in the FLAT position the Twice has a weight limit of 9kg 21lb (normally achieved by baby at about 9 to 12 months) at this point you may only use Twice in the rear facing position until the 13kg 28lb threshold. 


    ORDERS & SHIPPING: Orders made before 1pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders made after this cut off will be sent the following day.     DELIVERY: Small items are normally sent out via Royal Mail within one working day. They can normally be tracked (we can provide you with the Tracking Number if requested). The parcel will need to be signed for. Medium & large sized items are sent out via DPD for next working day delivery, again they will need to be signed for. As a security measure, high value items (normally over £350) are dispatched on a pre-agreed delivery date basis also using DPD and we will contact you to arrange this.

     DPD TRACKING: Subject to you supplying an e mail address and mobile phone number at time of order you can normally track your parcel. Also, DPD will email you a delivery slot and (from the DPD website) you can watch the progress of the delivery driver as he heads towards you. Eventually, your allocated one hour time slot for your delivery reduces to a 15-minute delivery slot as the driver approaches your address.

    DELIVERY COSTS: When ordering, please select your country from the list shown in the dropdown box. This will accurately display your shipping costs. Failure to do so will result in a longer wait for your order, as we will need to contact you regarding this.  We deliver to over 20 countries in Europe. If your country is not shown in the dropdown box please contact us for further information. Mainland European deliveries normal take an extra 5-9 working days to arrive and just like the UK they will need to be signed for. 

    RETURNS (UK Customers):

    As an internet buyer you have legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and you can return your purchase (if unused) within the time frames set out in these regulations. We know that buying online can sometimes result in changing your mind and that is fine by us, we want happy customers! However, products must be returned in the same condition as supplied. Please contact us for a returns number if you want to activate a return which will be at the purchasers cost. There may be a restocking fee for these returns, please contact us regarding this prior to sending your item back.

    FAULTY PRODUCTS (UK Customers):

    In the unlikely event that you incur a problem with a product we have supplied, please contact us for help.

    You will be required to provide proof of purchase such as your order number or the date of purchase for all types of return.

    All returns must be accompanied with a returns number. If it is decided that the goods need to be returned for inspection, this will be at the purchaser's expense.

    Products that are sent to our suppliers for inspection and if it is found that a manufacturing fault exists, within the products warranty period, this will be rectified at our (or our supplier's) expense.

    The purchaser needs to be aware that any items being returned for inspection must be securely packaged in the original packaging. will not accept any items that have not been correctly packaged or that we have not authorised. accepts no responsibility for items damaged in transit that are being returned to us from the buyer.

    At all times, we consider our supplier's decision, in relation to complaints, as final. In the event that a fault develops which is not due to a manufacturing fault, the cost of repair and transport will be at the purchaser's expense. We reserve the right to send parts and spares to purchasers should our supplier deem this to be appropriate. In event we send replacement parts you will need to keep the old parts for a period of 3 months or to send them back to us if requested.

    Buyers and users are expected to use products supplied strictly in line with the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions and failure to do so will result in any claims being void.

    RETURNS (European Customers Only);

    Over and in addition to the above if a product is returned to us for inspection or repair the full cost of the delivery and return courier is to be paid by the buyer. We offer no refund even if the item is under warranty as supplier’s warranty are not normally valid outside of the UK (though there are some exceptions, please contact us for full details). The delivery of any replacement or spare part must also be paid for by the customer, not Please note that staff only speak English.
