    A doomoo seat is not just another bean bag!  We know you can buy baby beanbags on other websites for £30 or £40 but PLEASE read on because buying a doomoo is just so much better value as it can be used for up to 9 years old or 30 kg in weight, unlike many of the other bean bags which normally can be used for just the first 6 months.          

    The doomoo seat has become one of the best loved baby products of all time, and in 2015 the doomoo seat became ten years old.  Like all top selling products a doomoo seat has been copied, “re-invented” and worst of all savaged by counterfeiters, but to this day a GENUINE doomoo seat has never been surpassed.The simple reason that the doomoo seat is better than any other is down to the great quality of the seat and the individual workmanship and crafting. 

    The doomoo seat is tactile and feels soft.  doomoo seats are filled with micro beans which gives the doomoo seat its softness and support, so it can be shaped for the child's head, which will help protect against plagiocephaly. Plagiocephaly (Flat Head syndrome) is becoming more and more common, so doctors recommend that babies should be laid flat (or near flat) for as long as possible when they are young to prevent this happening, and to provide them the optimum position to support their growing back and give the best breathing position.

    A doomoo seat is also ideal for babies who are affected by reflux, as the angle can be adjusted by moving the beans around inside the seat, and so you can ensure that baby is at exactly the right angle – something that we know is so important for babies with reflux.

    The doomoo base’s are made from hard wearing durable materials that can be easily cleaned, and comes with two tops; a top with a padded harness to use for the six months until baby can pull himself up, and a plain top to use until your child grows out of the seat. Both tops can be washed in the machine at 30 to keep them clean for the years of use ahead.  The doomoo seat has a polystyrene base which has an anti-tip feature which will keep your little one safe, and the harness top has a wide edge which enables your child to be well supported and feel comfortable. A doomoo seat can be used until the child reaches 30kg  and is loved by the child as much as his or hers favourite teddy.  What normal bean bag can say that? You may pay a bit more for a genuine doomoo seat but when it lasts for up to approximately 9 years the value becomes self-evident.

    A note about the doomoo brand by our M.D. 
    The doomoo seat was invented by Philippe and Anne-Catherine Teurlings who live just outside of Brussels in Belgium. A genuine doomoo seat is made in Belgium. The design is protected by various I P rights that have been granted over many years by numerous worldwide regulatory bodies. A genuine doomoo seat stands apart from the fakes & copies for numerous reasons as mentioned above, but also because a genuine doomoo seat is triple stitched using absolute top quality materials by a dedicated team of workers, some of whom who are disabled. Having personally been to the doomoo factory, it was inspiring to see the obvious pride the workforce experienced making such a unique, quality product and I can promise........all my grandchildren have one! 

    ORDERS & SHIPPING: Orders made before 1pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders made after this cut off will be sent the following day.     DELIVERY: Small items are normally sent out via Royal Mail within one working day. They can normally be tracked (we can provide you with the Tracking Number if requested). The parcel will need to be signed for. Medium & large sized items are sent out via DPD for next working day delivery, again they will need to be signed for. As a security measure, high value items (normally over £350) are dispatched on a pre-agreed delivery date basis also using DPD and we will contact you to arrange this.

     DPD TRACKING: Subject to you supplying an e mail address and mobile phone number at time of order you can normally track your parcel. Also, DPD will email you a delivery slot and (from the DPD website) you can watch the progress of the delivery driver as he heads towards you. Eventually, your allocated one hour time slot for your delivery reduces to a 15-minute delivery slot as the driver approaches your address.

    DELIVERY COSTS: When ordering, please select your country from the list shown in the dropdown box. This will accurately display your shipping costs. Failure to do so will result in a longer wait for your order, as we will need to contact you regarding this.  We deliver to over 20 countries in Europe. If your country is not shown in the dropdown box please contact us for further information. Mainland European deliveries normal take an extra 5-9 working days to arrive and just like the UK they will need to be signed for. 

    RETURNS (UK Customers):

    As an internet buyer you have legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and you can return your purchase (if unused) within the time frames set out in these regulations. We know that buying online can sometimes result in changing your mind and that is fine by us, we want happy customers! However, products must be returned in the same condition as supplied. Please contact us for a returns number if you want to activate a return which will be at the purchasers cost. There may be a restocking fee for these returns, please contact us regarding this prior to sending your item back.

    FAULTY PRODUCTS (UK Customers):

    In the unlikely event that you incur a problem with a product we have supplied, please contact us for help.

    You will be required to provide proof of purchase such as your order number or the date of purchase for all types of return.

    All returns must be accompanied with a returns number. If it is decided that the goods need to be returned for inspection, this will be at the purchaser's expense.

    Products that are sent to our suppliers for inspection and if it is found that a manufacturing fault exists, within the products warranty period, this will be rectified at our (or our supplier's) expense.

    The purchaser needs to be aware that any items being returned for inspection must be securely packaged in the original packaging. will not accept any items that have not been correctly packaged or that we have not authorised. accepts no responsibility for items damaged in transit that are being returned to us from the buyer.

    At all times, we consider our supplier's decision, in relation to complaints, as final. In the event that a fault develops which is not due to a manufacturing fault, the cost of repair and transport will be at the purchaser's expense. We reserve the right to send parts and spares to purchasers should our supplier deem this to be appropriate. In event we send replacement parts you will need to keep the old parts for a period of 3 months or to send them back to us if requested.

    Buyers and users are expected to use products supplied strictly in line with the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions and failure to do so will result in any claims being void.

    RETURNS (European Customers Only);

    Over and in addition to the above if a product is returned to us for inspection or repair the full cost of the delivery and return courier is to be paid by the buyer. We offer no refund even if the item is under warranty as supplier’s warranty are not normally valid outside of the UK (though there are some exceptions, please contact us for full details). The delivery of any replacement or spare part must also be paid for by the customer, not Please note that staff only speak English.
