    The Kiddy Evoluna i-size 2 is the newest version of the Kiddy Evoluna. It now meets the stricter ECE 129 (i-Size) regulation, and is extensively tested for front and rear impacts, rollover situations and side impacts. The Kiddy Evoluna was the first infant carrier to have a lie flat function that can be used inside and outside the car giving maximum safety and convenience. It is suitable for babies from 40cms up to 83cms; premature babies up to 15 months because of the generous size of the seat, however the child’s weight must not exceed 13 kgs.

    With health experts such as Paediatricians stressing the dangers of travelling with a young baby for longer than over twenty minutes at a time, the Evoluna i-size 2 infant carrier can be used with no time limit, either whilst travelling, or even on a pushchair chassis when it is in the lie flat position. By turning the handle the Evoluna-isize 2 will go in to the flatter ergonomic position. Kiddy have patented this technology (called Kiddy lie flat), which is designed to meet the needs of newborn and premature babies. The insert in the Evoluna i-size 2 will keep baby’s head secure, and the flat lying position will stop baby’s head tipping forward and allow the spine to be in a safe position. A unique feature of the Kiddy Evoluna i-size 2 is the slatted frame in the seat, that has many benefits; it allows oxygen to circulate around the seat and absorbs energy on uneven roads or in the case of an impact.

    In June 2016 26 infant carriers were tested by the Stiftung Warentest and ADAC, and the original Kiddy Evoluna i-size 1 was the only one to receive a “very good” 1.5 test score, which was the best score ever recorded. As mentioned previously it has now been updated so that fulfills the requirements of the lastest i-Size regulation.

    The Evoluna i-size 2 comes with its own isofix base, so you must have isofix in your car as it cannot be secured into the car with seatbelts. It does only take up one seat in your car as it elongates and extends, however you must check you have enough leg room for the front passenger. Not sure what ISOfix is?....CLICK HERE to see our video.

    Please note all car seats DO NOT fit all cars, so we would recommend you have a car seat fitting with one of our IOSH registered car seat fitters, who will be happy to show you all the benefits of the Kiddy Evoluna i-size 2 infant carrier.

    ORDERS & SHIPPING: Orders made before 1pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders made after this cut off will be sent the following day. Occasionally we can send after the cut off time. For full shipping details please see below. If your order is urgent, please call us.

    DELIVERY: Small items are normally sent out via Royal Mail within one working day. They can normally be tracked (we can provide you with the Tracking Number if requested). The parcel will need to be signed for. Medium & large sized items are sent out via DPD for next working day delivery, again they will need to be signed for. As a security measure, high value items (normally over £350) are dispatched on a pre-agreed delivery date basis also using DPD and we will contact you to arrange this.

     DPD TRACKING: Subject to you supplying an e mail address and mobile phone number at time of order you can normally track your parcel. Also, DPD will email you a delivery slot and (from the DPD website) you can watch the progress of the delivery driver as he heads towards you. Eventually, your allocated one hour time slot for your delivery reduces to a 15-minute delivery slot as the driver approaches your address.

    DELIVERY COSTS: When ordering, please select your country from the list shown in the dropdown box. This will accurately display your shipping costs. Failure to do so will result in a longer wait for your order, as we will need to contact you regarding this.  We deliver to over 20 countries in Europe. If your country is not shown in the dropdown box please contact us for further information. Mainland European deliveries normal take an extra 5-9 working days to arrive and just like the UK they will need to be signed for. 

    RETURNS (UK Customers):

    As an internet buyer you have legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and you can return your purchase (if unused) within the time frames set out in these regulations. We know that buying online can sometimes result in changing your mind and that is fine by us, we want happy customers! However, products must be returned in the same condition as supplied. Please contact us for a returns number if you want to activate a return which will be at the purchasers cost. There may be a restocking fee for these returns, please contact us regarding this prior to sending your item back.

    FAULTY PRODUCTS (UK Customers):

    In the unlikely event that you incur a problem with a product we have supplied, please contact us for help.

    You will be required to provide proof of purchase such as your order number or the date of purchase for all types of return.

    All returns must be accompanied with a returns number. If it is decided that the goods need to be returned for inspection, this will be at the purchaser's expense.

    Products that are sent to our suppliers for inspection and if it is found that a manufacturing fault exists, within the products warranty period, this will be rectified at our (or our supplier's) expense.

    The purchaser needs to be aware that any items being returned for inspection must be securely packaged in the original packaging. will not accept any items that have not been correctly packaged or that we have not authorised. accepts no responsibility for items damaged in transit that are being returned to us from the buyer.

    At all times, we consider our supplier's decision, in relation to complaints, as final. In the event that a fault develops which is not due to a manufacturing fault, the cost of repair and transport will be at the purchaser's expense. We reserve the right to send parts and spares to purchasers should our supplier deem this to be appropriate. In event we send replacement parts you will need to keep the old parts for a period of 3 months or to send them back to us if requested.

    Buyers and users are expected to use products supplied strictly in line with the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions and failure to do so will result in any claims being void.

    RETURNS (European Customers Only);

    Over and in addition to the above if a product is returned to us for inspection or repair the full cost of the delivery and return courier is to be paid by the buyer. We offer no refund even if the item is under warranty as supplier’s warranty are not normally valid outside of the UK (though there are some exceptions, please contact us for full details).
