    The Crosswalk is a versatile pushchair for all lifestyles that Jane say is “chic in the city and strong in the country”. 

    Great for off-roading the Crosswalk is solid and feels robust, but the tubular aluminium chassis and independent suspension make it light and easy to push and manoeuvre in the town too. You’ll never need to worry about where you walk as the PU tyres are solid and won’t puncture, have great tread and good shock absorbing properties. All of the wheels can be removed with one click so the chassis can be even more compact when folded, and the front wheel can be locked for when you want to push the crosswalk over more bumpy terrain. The handlebar is a comfortable size and can be easily adjusted, so that parents of all heights will find it easy to push. There is plenty of room for you to walk as the back of the chassis is an inverted “C” shape, and there is a one-click handbrake, so no brake bar to kick!

    Easy to fold, the Crosswalk has a surprisingly compact chassis for such a sturdy pushchair, and can also be folded all in one with the seat still attached. Unfolding is just as easy, using the quick release catch. 

    One of the best features of the Crosswalk is the large comfortable seat, which can be used from birth as it has a fully reclined position, but has multiple positioning to fully upright, with the footrest being adjustable for your child’s comfort. Using the "Pro-Fix" system you can remove the seat unit quickly with one click and change it from parent facing to world facing and vice versa. The "Pro-Fix" system also enables a  Micro Carrycot, which comes with this package, or a Koos or Matrix car seat (available to purchase separately) to go straight on to the chassis...no adaptors required!
    The Crosswalk has a large capacity shopping basket and comes complete with a matching Changing bag and a raincover, so all in all the Jane Crosswalk is everything you could want in a pushchair!

    The Micro is a soft and light carrycot suitable from birth up until around six months. It can be folded down by pulling the end straps and then securing them under the base, making it a a very compact size. By using the “Pro-Fix” system it is easy to transfer the Micro carrycot on and off the Crosswalk chassis with a one click on and off movement.

    ORDERS & SHIPPING: Orders made before 1pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders made after this cut off will be sent the following day. Occasionally we can send after the cut off time. For full shipping details please see below. If your order is urgent, please call us.

    DELIVERY: Small items are normally sent out via Royal Mail within one working day. They can normally be tracked (we can provide you with the Tracking Number if requested). The parcel will need to be signed for. Medium & large sized items are sent out via DPD for next working day delivery, again they will need to be signed for. As a security measure, high value items (normally over £350) are dispatched on a pre-agreed delivery date basis also using DPD and we will contact you to arrange this.

     DPD TRACKING: Subject to you supplying an e mail address and mobile phone number at time of order you can normally track your parcel. Also, DPD will email you a delivery slot and (from the DPD website) you can watch the progress of the delivery driver as he heads towards you. Eventually, your allocated one hour time slot for your delivery reduces to a 15-minute delivery slot as the driver approaches your address.

    DELIVERY COSTS: When ordering, please select your country from the list shown in the dropdown box. This will accurately display your shipping costs. Failure to do so will result in a longer wait for your order, as we will need to contact you regarding this.  We deliver to over 20 countries in Europe. If your country is not shown in the dropdown box please contact us for further information. Mainland European deliveries normal take an extra 5-9 working days to arrive and just like the UK they will need to be signed for. 

    RETURNS (UK Customers):

    As an internet buyer you have legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and you can return your purchase (if unused) within the time frames set out in these regulations. We know that buying online can sometimes result in changing your mind and that is fine by us, we want happy customers! However, products must be returned in the same condition as supplied. Please contact us for a returns number if you want to activate a return which will be at the purchasers cost. There may be a restocking fee for these returns, please contact us regarding this prior to sending your item back.

    FAULTY PRODUCTS (UK Customers):

    In the unlikely event that you incur a problem with a product we have supplied, please contact us for help.

    You will be required to provide proof of purchase such as your order number or the date of purchase for all types of return.

    All returns must be accompanied with a returns number. If it is decided that the goods need to be returned for inspection, this will be at the purchaser's expense.

    Products that are sent to our suppliers for inspection and if it is found that a manufacturing fault exists, within the products warranty period, this will be rectified at our (or our supplier's) expense.

    The purchaser needs to be aware that any items being returned for inspection must be securely packaged in the original packaging. Baby2k.com will not accept any items that have not been correctly packaged or that we have not authorised. Baby2k.com accepts no responsibility for items damaged in transit that are being returned to us from the buyer.

    At all times, we consider our supplier's decision, in relation to complaints, as final. In the event that a fault develops which is not due to a manufacturing fault, the cost of repair and transport will be at the purchaser's expense. We reserve the right to send parts and spares to purchasers should our supplier deem this to be appropriate. In event we send replacement parts you will need to keep the old parts for a period of 3 months or to send them back to us if requested.

    Buyers and users are expected to use products supplied strictly in line with the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions and failure to do so will result in any claims being void.

    RETURNS (European Customers Only);

    Over and in addition to the above if a product is returned to us for inspection or repair the full cost of the delivery and return courier is to be paid by the buyer. We offer no refund even if the item is under warranty as supplier’s warranty are not normally valid outside of the UK (though there are some exceptions, please contact us for full details). The delivery of any replacement or spare part must also be paid for by the customer, not Baby2k.com. Please note that Baby2k.com staff only speak English.
